Writing a paper is hard work. But as long as we could get together in a quiet place, with laptop computer (as data and word processor), and reference material in hand, we could make progress. But the progress was only possiblem with the extraordinary services of our cheif executive secretary (and diver) Bev Rodgerson, back at home office.
